I purchased a vehicle for my high school Daughter in September. Just a few months later, she realized the horn did not work. THE CARE HORN IS AN ESSENTIAL FEATURE THAT CAN PREVENT ACCIDENTS. I called the salesperson Michael Aguirre and he said to bring the vehicle in and *it would be taken care of*. I confirmed with Michael that the issue would be taken care of at no cost to myself, which he assured me of.
