I found the vehicle online and negotiated purchase remotely. After securing with deposit, I took delivery the following morning. The vehicle was presented well. I did have a 40 minute wait for paperwork despite having provided all documents the day prior. Always encourage quick sales and elimination of this frustrating, avoidable delay. Outside of that normal wait, my experience was a 10/10.
April 2025 bought a 2025 traverse, (Mike A. is my sales person). Awesome vehicle, Mike is wonderful, made my purchase easy, answering all questions and concerns. So when i needed/wanted a good reliable second hand vehicle for the kiddos to drive. Called Mike and he had me lined up with a great 2nd hand vehicles within an hour. Kemna is for sure a place to buy a vehicles, the staff care about their custmers
