Kemna was absolutely amazing! They didn’t push me into something and let me look around! Tina was absolutely amazing and took her time to show me everything and gave me think time!
Our salesman Dylan was extremely informative on our HUMMER EV purchase. The test drive was well done and there was no pressure to purchase. The negotiation process was straight forward, we were also already prepared to purchase so that could have helped. Everyone in Kemna was extremely nice! The only thing I would change is in finance making sure the purchaser is going through the signing at their own pace. The finance manager kept tapping our signature vs letting us do it.
I called on a Thursday and told them what we wanted. Did a test drive and bought an Enclave. It was effortless! Michael and Sarah were AMAZING!
