Great Service at Kemna Fort Dodge. Easy pull in bay. I was greeted by Ashley, the service advisor. She diagnosed the problem, got me a beautiful loaner vehicle and kept in touch with the whole process. When my pickup was fixed, they handed me the keys and had it outside ready to go. I had a Wonderful experience!!

We wanted a Buick enclave so we went to Kemna Chevrolet in fort dodge. Tina was our sales person and she was very attentive to what we wanted and she helped us every step of the way. Setting our controls to what our likes are. She called into OnStar to get that set up with us. She cashed in our rewards to help with that. Everyone at the dealership speaks as you come in. Even coming out of their rooms to say hi! I feel like we matter.
