Completely unprofessional environment. They are rude to the truck drivers. My 2nd week the warehouse staff Rodney and earnest almost got into a physical altercation. They are toxic and talk bad about each other. Earnest was rubbing Jim the plant managers butt while doing a meeting. Kinda pathetic but it happens when you're not supervised by HR.
