a fraudulent contractor. In June, 2015, I gave the owner of (kemerick construction) a $400 deposit to install french doors in my home. On September 22, 2015, he cancelled the job and agreed to refund my deposit. However, it has been almost 2 months and he has not refunded my deposit, never returned my phone call, never responded to my emails, and never returned my text messages. I hope the owner keeps his word and refunds my deposit as soon as possible. I expect, however, that I am the victim of a fraudulent contractor.
