We're a commercial real estate company and we hire Kemcon for all of our abatement needs. They're skilled, experienced and know how to get the job done efficiently. They also offer great rates for their services so we always hire them when there's an abatement need.
We had a dryer in the basement. The actual fire damage only removed a couple of things, but the smoke damage is pretty extensive. We called the insurance company on Friday. They sent Kemcon and they were there on Monday. They cleaned everything. They painted everything and are still in the middle of painting the stairs.
