My wife and I had an unfavorable experience. Recently our home HVAC system has been not performing as it should, so my wife called Kemco on Tuesday (07/19/22) and scheduled an appointment for 07/22/22. This company is the absolute best. The customer service is always great! Each time I have called, I’ve been able to get same-day appointments. They sent a really great technician to me today by the name of Chris. He was very friendly , courteous, knowledgeable and treated my home with Care. I would definitely recommend their services.

If you need any Service work done on your HVAC ... Call Kemco ! The Service Manager Shawn knows exactly what he is doing and so does two of the Service Technicians , Brian Apple & Michael Tate ! I have worked with all 3 and they all are very professional and can solve any problems small or large! There’s no other company in Alamance County that I would recommend !!
AC went out Memorial Day weekend, but one call to KEMCO had a tech out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and had it fixed. While he was there he also performed the Spring/Summer maintenance on our inside and outside unit. I will not hesitate to call KEMCO for any of my AC needs. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.
