I sold my home with Beth Yeary. She went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Horrible experience, bought a home in Feb of 2019, with Kemba Realty as the selling agent, they didn't disclosure water that is damaging the property foundation and eroding the land. The seller agent lives 6 doors down and says " they had no idea, or never looked at the water damage".I contacted the broker of Kemba Realty asking for help only to be told the sellers are going into hiding and its not their fault.
