One of the worst branches to visit because they are not equipped with knowledge of law, then when you ask for a higher ranking supervisor, they regurgitate what they feel, not what is law.
Great experience at this branch (as I've had at every Kemba branch). I could only accomplish what I required while inside the branch, however Brandon handled my needs very quickly (including personalizing my second Kemba debit card, which I REALLY appreciated) while simultaneously heroically battling an imaginary gnat. I use to love Kemba about 10 years ago but now it seems like it has steadily been declining. This Lewis Center branch is a prime example, as others have stated the employees try to send you through the drive-thru even though your issue may not be able to be addressed through the drive-thru. If you legitimately need help the bankers seem annoyed unless you are bringing in new business. The customer service deserves a one star. Also forget about using Zelle Kemba currently does not support it. It's not a good credit union anym... read more
