When I call my credit union, there is absolutely no reason I should be on hold for 40 minutes waiting for a representative to answer. Absolutely no reason. You are wasting my time, when my other credit unions are not.

I DID SURVEY SENT TO ME ABOUT PHONE CUSTOMER SEVICE ABOUT A CHARGE.. The rep and supervisor couldn't explain charge and daid would call me back. I never got a call back. I did survey and left name and phone when asked if they could contact me. I figure just like BK. ARBYS ALOT OF BUSINESSES NO CALL. THIS IS FIRST COMPANY A REAL LIVE EMPLOYEE CALLED ME!!!!! THEY REALLY CARE. THANK YOU KEMBA!!!!!!
I don't like going to the bank but when I do, this location is a great option. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
