Can never get thru to live agent impossible spend hours on hold only to get hung up on
The new app sucks. Has logged me out & did not save my payment method. Customer service takes way to longggggggg
Call for you to be on hold for over 20 mins . Just to get a call back after hours and still can’t get into my account. Was told they did an update and logged everyone out. So therefore every customer they have has to call this one number to try to get help . But they can’t do anything and have to have their support team reach out around the time they close for the weekend. Thought they were a great bank but this has shown me that communication is not their primary focus. Hopefully this can get resolved before I’m late on my ... read more
When I call my credit union, there is absolutely no reason I should be on hold for 40 minutes waiting for a representative to answer. Absolutely no reason. You are wasting my time, when my other credit unions are not.
