One of the worst branches to visit because they are not equipped with knowledge of law, then when you ask for a higher ranking supervisor, they regurgitate what they feel, not what is law.
Great experience at this branch (as I've had at every Kemba branch). I could only accomplish what I required while inside the branch, however Brandon handled my needs very quickly (including personalizing my second Kemba debit card, which I REALLY appreciated) while simultaneously heroically battling an imaginary gnat.
