My fianc and I hit some hard times and his car was a month late. We spoke to a woman who was very rude. I tried to help my fianc with the call and the woman told me to stop talking and that it was between him ( my fianc) and Kemba. I understand that from a business standpoint and all but there was a better way to handle that situation ex- It doesnt appear that the female speaking with you on the line is on your accountwould you like to add her so she can help speak on your behalf in the future?
