They only get 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. My family took our English bulldog in for what was supposed to be a minor procedure, the vet tech openly admitted to not knowing what she was doing, and they killed him. We are so devastated and angry. Strongly advise to not take your pets there.
Shout out to Dr. Jenkins! After our dog got her vaccinations she developed a lump at one of the sights. Not only did Dr. Jenkins come in early when the lump got bigger, he also asked me to keep him updated at how she was doing. He even called me today, a week or so later, to check up on her! Very impressed!
Zero stars in recent months for my vet experiences. Kem Rd, Does NOT want me to actually write a review! Couldn't post without a star marked
The staff at Kem Road are a class act!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #1 in my opinion
