I’m about to tell a bunch of truth I work there and it’s horrible at the pleasant prairie plant. The people who work there treat this like its high school. They claim profit sharing but you see more work each year and there income going up yet the sharing number drops every year. I’ve watched people get fired simply of being hurt, refusing to pick up a heavy box alone and another was based on hearsay. Kem Krest as a whole don’t appreciate their workers in Phoenix Arizona overworked & underpaid!
They purport to be employee friendly. In reality, they throw parties and luncheons at employees but do nothing to confront the true problem of a toxic environment (specifically at the Pleasant Prairie location). It"s nice to have a party or free lunch, but it is more important to address employee issues. Especially the toxic environment at the Pleasant Prairie location.

All these grown adults clique up like high school kids. horrible benefits for a company that has unsafe working environment. hazardous materials and most are "too busy" to even wear gloves . sorry to kill yours perfect 5 star business but this will be just another post taken down cause the monitors of there social media hate the truth.
