These guys once again behind on paying the water bill to the city village. The 3rd or 4th time this year. Management always claims it's a computer error or the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing at the Village. So why does this keep on happening? Are residents, some of which have elders or families with children, suppose to believe the city village are incompetent and can't fix these "errors"? Meanwhile, residents continue to be the victims here and be threatened.
Don't tell them you have a problem that needs fixing, they rather tell you to move out then to fix the problem.
