Unfortunately I will be parting ways with this dentist. I have been going here since 2020. Miscommunication from the staff. On my visit in 2025, I filled out paperwork and updated my insurance information. I last visited in 2022.I gave them the updated information and nothing was said. I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for about 5 years now. The staff is very professional. I had a root canal done last week. I am a picky person; however, I was very pleased with the service.
I have been going to Dr. Smith’s office for YEARS now with no issues, but TODAY was the day that all changed. Dr.Smith was not there and the man be got covering for him is not it. Rude, rough and just overall nasty attitude. I get my cleaning he then comes in the room can’t get my file right , asking me last time I been there and what I had done, demanding I get X-rays.
