I would like to raise a concern regarding your receptionist, "MEKANIE". I politely asked to speak to a manager, but instead of assisting me or even asking further questions, she abruptly HUNG UP the call. This behavior was not only UNHELPFUL but also very UNPROFESSIONAL. I sincerely hope she can first learn the BASIC PHONE MANNERS expected in any professional setting.
