Showed up at Fort Mill today for my appt. Their office was closed. I do not get great cell reception so I didn’t get the call or message. In the past I had told them to call my home number. It’s in my file. I don’t know why they did not try to call me at home and actually speak to a person. The vision dept in the back had my preferred number which is my home number. Doctor Wigington and her staff are awesome. Everyone from the check in process to the check out are amazing. Everyone there is courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They all take the time to make sure you understand everything and answer all of your questions. Adrianna is an amazing nurse who makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Doctor Wigington is the absolute best. She genuinely cares about her patients. Her knowledge combined with her experience and her personality is unmatched.
The staff and doctors were caring and kind.
