My experience with the Kelson Group was significantly negative. During my 2.5 year tenancy in Sherwood Park, I experienced harassment from the landlord, Andrea Brandt. Additionally, another tenant engaged in intimidating and abusive behavior towards me. I’m so disappointed because if you put a cctv to your balcony they will not allowed it is just for your safety. Anybody here know that putting cctv is not allowed?
I lived here it was nasty the smells comming from neighbors... theft from laundry. Crackheads fighting in hallways.....not to mention moved into a half fixed and was promised it was to be fixed....never was and then blame was put on me and a roomate that documented everything 🙃
