I too am happy with Gloroa for all the work here in Kelson Court apartments. She sure has worked hard and she is a amazing landlord. She is kind and does not judge others. In the 13 plus years I have lived here, Gloria is one of the best landlords.
Kelson Group in Prince George has some of the best landlords I’ve ever had the opportunity to deal with. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
Live other.. these are awesome apartments.. ne w manager patience young too kind, always willing to help if anyone needs help.
The managment is excellent. If something needs to be addressed they are polite and explain everything in detail. They respond to requests quickly and repaires, if needed, are done the next day. The manager here is friendly and i have no reservations about talking with them about any problems that arise. The halls are always kept clean and the parking lot is ploughed quickly when it snows. It’s only drawback is it is an older building, but it is still a nice safe place to live.
We are home now it's like paradise here awesome place. Gloria is awesome for the apartments
