Nice area to live, well connected to all city routes. Apart from that building manager Gloria is an amazing person, helpful, kind, polite and indeed these qualities brought positive environment overall between all of us. I never seen any manager before Gloria cleaning tenant entrance door but Gloria is doing something above and beyond which is nowadays rare. Hallways, doors, lawn, sidewalks cleanliness is way better now. Happily living here.
Gloria is an amazing manager! She works hard to keep the property well maintained. She handles any maintenance requests quickly and has an incredible work ethic. Plus she is one of the nicest people you could ever meet!
I have to say Gloria is an exceptional manager,when something has to be done ,she gets on it right away,the building hallways and laundry rooms are kept clean,parking lot is plowed right away when it snows,she's respectful caring,and does her job well in my view.
