I moved to 450 Kelso Vista Apartments in August 1st2022 ever since day one I've had to complain about the upstairs neighbors pounding banging numerous times ongoing to management and management said they they have sent out a notice of action but here we are 3 months into our renting and is still nothing has been done the noise is ongoing I've made several complaints and I send messages with no response back from manager. I wouldn't recommend anybody to to rent here poor management. I regret moving into these apartments 100% ... read more
