My sister-in-law and I were so impressed with everything that we saw and learned when we came for the tour. Kelso Villa is a lovely and welcoming place that very obviously puts residents and their dignity first. We could see that every resident was greeted by name. Every staff member that we saw appeared happy, relaxed and open to be approached. The residents were so happily engaged in one of the organized activities happening at the cafe. I recently met the executive director of Kelso villa thru a donation opportunity thru Tim Hortons. I thought it was amazing how much thought was put in to her seniors appreciation day ! It’s nice to see the seniors so well taken care of ! Very impressed with the level of professionalism. Excellent job ! I was able to deliver the baked goods and coffee and was impressed at the cleanliness and the atmosphere inside the residence!
