BEWARE!!!!!!!! These SLUM LORDS, Man Tran and his piece of crap son, Tyler, are the worst of the worst! They allow their properties to fall in disrepair, be infested by roaches and other vermin, and they refuse to do proper fixes. They will not hire licensed handymen, carpenters, HVAC specialists, plumbers, etc. No, instead, they will do half-assed repairs that do not work for long.
