Rude and refuse to explain charges.
I have never been more upset in my life when it comes their customer service. They were so completely rude and not helpful at all. I had to call 3 times for answers about things and once more just for them to tell me they can't turn my water back on until the morning. If I could give them 0 stars I would for their zero compassion or concern for families in need, their billing policies are complete crap too.
Worst customer service I have experienced.
