I would not recommend anyone or my worse enemy to her. Kelsi ruined my hair color and trust in her. Lady does not listen to what you say but she thinks she’s the expert. Had my root touch up being left alone and not continue to do other services, maybe this would been ok. But she added something to my ends that turned the color I had in it does the summer, into a cold dark color all over which turned my entire hair color dark.
