Dr. Shoenrock is a highly educated, compassionate physician and a rare UCSF graduate serving the Napa County area. She is consistently polite, conscientious, and attentive, whether communicating through the online portal or providing care in person. I am very sorry to hear that she is leaving QOV, and I will miss her greatly. My sincere best wishes go out to Dr. Shoenrock for continued success and happiness in the next chapter of her career.
Don’t even bother establishing care with this practice. Impossible to make appointments and they just refer you to urgent care.Total BS
