Kelsi was literally the best! We have worked with other realtors in the past and I cannot even begin to explain how far she exceeded anything we had ever experienced before! Kelsi sold my first home that my family and I had outgrown. Kelsi was knowledgeable of all aspects of the process and an expert in the comps of the area. House had multiple offers within days of listing. After offer was accepted, she stayed in contact with all the required activities and was extremely helpful with negotiations with the buyer and their agent. While I hope I don’t have to buy or sell another house for many years, I am certain I know who I will call for any home sell or purchase going forward.
I cannot speak highly enough of Kelsi! We were working with another realtor for 6 months, once we swapped to her she had us under contract within 3 weeks! She works SO hard for her clients, is constantly pushing your property out, is very communicative, and explains everything step by step so you know what to expect! She genuinely is so easy to work with, she navigates anything that comes up with ease and is a wealth of information. Seriously cannot praise her highly enough. Kelsi clients forever!
