At about 430pm on a Friday evening my pump began acting up and wouldnt cut out. We couldnt survive the weekend without this problem getting fixed. Julie was able to send a plumber who diagnosed the problem, fixed it by 630pm and saved the weekend for us. Great people, honest and fair.
So impressed by Kelsey’s! Although I viewed my plumbing job as small, it didn’t matter to Kelsey’s. I was so pleased with the courteous, professional service I received. Very reasonable on pricing, prompt appointment scheduling and great communication. Would highly recommend!
Woke up one morning and no water. It Was just after the ice storm so plumbers were in high demand. I phoned Kelsey's and Jeffrey sent Lucas. Lucas dotted his i's and crossed his t's, did an A to Z, from pump to injector and foot valve, replaced the parts and primed the pump. My water was back and with pressure not seen since the house was new. Thank you.
