They hire some of the most incompetent employees I've ever seen. I made an online order and got there when it said it would be ready, I told the waitress at the front the name of the order and she told me it'd be done in 3 minutes. I waited 10 minutes just for the manager to come to the front and tell me the food was ready and had been waiting at the front. I don't understand how you hire people who are so incompetent to such a simple job.
