Alexis at Kelsey’s was outstanding. Friendly without being overbearing, quick on refills, and laser accurate with our order. She anticipated needs (extras arrived before we asked), checked in at the right times, and kept everything running smoothly even while the place was busy. Professional, upbeat, and genuinely caring service made the meal feel like an occasion. 5/5.
We came here for the World Series Game 7 and had an amazing time. Unlike other restaurants who wanted to squeeze out another round of service before 8PM we were seated at 6:45PM and stayed until a little past midnight. Had amazing hospitality from the Kelseys team who worked very hard to make sure everyone was well taken care of.
Biana was fantastic, professional, and great. Arrived with 4 kids and she was quick to assist with a smile. Top notch service, will definitely return to this location again.
