I went June 14, 2024 for a drug screening for a new employer. I arrived at 10:46 & the wait was just about 8 minutes. I have to say everyone who works there that I encountered was nice &!friendly. I gave my drug test & signed all the x’s, and was on my way. The company that sent me there called & left me a message a few hours later. I just want Miss Nelson and the rest of the staff to know that you were not there for me when I needed you! I told you that my husband was under Hospice care. I called the office and was told by the receptionist that I would have to come in even though I woke up and found my husband dead. She was rude and unsympathetic.
