Ok FIRST, I LOVE Dr. Ward, she’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. But!! I spoke with Anna on the phone and she was genuinely one of the nicest, most caring people I’ve ever had an interaction with on the phone. She wasn’t just nice, but she genuinely cared about our phone call!!!
