Dr. Kelsey Flood is an excellent physician. She listens, is insightful and caring. Dr. Flood put me at ease, explains her treatment and follows through after her diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Flood sets a standard, which in today’s society goes unmatched. An outstanding doctor and a better person.
She left a scar with a mold removal, which I’m not very happy about. Also she wasn’t thorough enough in my total body skin exam, and missed a skin condition.
I am a new patient of Dr. Flood, and I was very nervous going into my appointment. She made me feel seen, heard, and understood. I did not feel rushed, and I appreciated how she involved me and my thoughts in the treatment plan. I could not recommend Dr. Flood and her entire team more highly!!
Dr Flood was very informative and showed a genuine concern for my well being.
