his staff is absolutely unacceptable. My wife rushed to her appointment today and accidentally left her card behind. I immediately canceled what I was doing and rushed over with her card so she could be seen. Instead of showing basic human decency, they let her sit there in pain over a measly prepay and refused to treat her. Rather than wait ten minutes for me to arrive and cover the cost, they forced her to reschedule and walk out still hurting.
