The Kelsey-Seybold clinic is wonderful. I’ve been to three of their locations for the past three years. However, on April 23, I had a terrible experience. I had Ms. Stephanie Ho for my nexplanon removal procedure. She proceeded to cut my arm and pull out my implant after I have repeatedly complained how much it hurts. She claimed it was just pressure but I know the difference between being able to feel pain and pressure. Didn’t show any type of concern AT ALL. Dr Kenya Talbert is awesome! She cares about her patients. I love the way she listens to me and gives me her professional advice. I’m so glad I found her! If you want a doctor that really and truly cares she’s the one! She continues to give her 100% always!
