We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Kelsey-Seybold Seabrook on FM 1093 in Richmond, TX. We booked an appointment for our son’s annual physical through ZocDoc, and after driving 30 minutes to get there, we were turned away. The staff insisted that we had only booked an office visit, not an annual physical, despite our repeated attempts to explain that we booked the appointment specifically for a physical.
