Scheduled a physical. A week later got a call saying it cannot be a physical but a doctor's visit. So, they have to reschedule. Not sure why they did not get back to me earlier or prevented me from booking it as a physical on the website. Not to mention the scheduler was pretty curt on the phone. Will leave Kelsey after this appointment. Also, no courtesy call regarding follow up visits. The way I know it is due is when they do not refill prescriptions.
