Personally my Experiences at Kelsey-Seybold has been excellent over the years of utilizing their Professionals and facilities.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. I have now had approximately five or six separate issues with appointments here. Initially the problems were related to insurance verification. Each time I contacted the office, I was told the issue had been resolved and that my account had been reopened, and that it was safe to reschedule.
