Dr. Kelsey is amazing! His support staff, however, is not. I am leaving the practice because of his nurse.
I recently had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I hadn't been in to see Dr. Kelsey yet (since it was still pretty early), but had an appointment scheduled for about 4 weeks later (at 11 weeks). I called the office when I started to miscarry. The woman who answered the phone insisted no doctors in the practice were able to see me until my originally scheduled appointment (almost 4 weeks later), and if I was worried go to the emergency room. Dr Kelsey is great but I agree with the other reviews that his Nurse Jerry is one of the rudest medical professionals I have ever dealt with. I will be finding a new provider because of her attitude and condescending behavior.
Dr. Kelsey is one of the best out there no doubt about it, his nurse Jerry however is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She is hard to talk to and talks down to you like she is better then you. She is the only reason I am thinking about finding another Dr. for my daughter!!

Dr. Kelsey is phenomenal! Great bedside manner, will explain anything and everything that you ask, and treats everyone with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Dr Kelsey.
