Very disappointed on our recent visit. Waited over 30 mins for our server to take our order.( never did end up happening) Finally asked the hostess to send the server over. Server approached our table and said "did you need something"? Very rude/snotty. We had a party of 10 and were the only people at a table in the actual restaurant. I was surprised by the staff attitude. Also, service was inattentive.
Kelsey Roadhouse came as a recommendation from a friend and I was super excited to hear of a dog friendly restaurant in the area. My friend and I decided to dine in today with our three pups. We were surprised to see that our waitress was put off by our dogs. She approached the table and said "oh no" in a rude tone. Granted, we have large dogs and mine has a jumping habit that we are working on. So I held my dog by the harness so she could approach. Great place! From decor to food and prices! Loved their salsa! Huge burgers and tasty! Very well set up to follow safety seating to help people stay safe from covid. The staff is friendly and attentive to their customers! Will definitely go back!
our 1st time here. new to the area. food was phenomenal. we ordered the bourbon ribs for our entree. the meat was tender - fell off the bone. the fried pickles & calamari for appetizers were some of the best we've had. will definitely be back to feed our bellies & not afraid to bring the kids next time. our server was fantastic!
Bad service didn’t get soup or salad because server was too busy we were the only table inside in the room we were in everyone else left No steak Got charged for onion which was listed as an item on the sandwich Fries cold Ordered shrimp, got beans instead of fries, cocktail sauce was solid couldn’t even dip it Just not a good experience And server left bill and didn’t come back
Outdoor for now . Been going here for about 45 yrs . Never a bad meal
nice outdoor seating and friendly staff. food was great!
