Dr Rickels did a re-check of a recent lens prescription. She expressed no frustration or blame but did a thorough recheck very professionally and kindly. I appreciated her approach and personal concern for getting my lenses corrected.
Dr Rickel’s is the best! Very knowledgeable patient kind and personable- my husband and I have been her patients for many years!
Everything was on time . Staff was great. The only problem was parking. You need more parking spaces. The lot was full and people were driving around waiting for someone to leave.
