Dr Pohler is really good and takes the time to listen to patients and his outcomes have been good. The staff and administration at this practive is abyssmal. The staff at the front counter are extraordinarily rude, some of the policies of the hospital are absolutely ridiculous. They don't care how much of your time they waste, it's all about them. Not customer focused at all. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is impossible without at least a ten minute wait and even then they don't listen, they transfer before completin... read more
