Kelsey was extremely professional with me. I have been in pain since I moved to Illinois from Florida. One and a half years I have searched for a doctor to relieve my back pain. I was taking medication in Florida and no one would fill it up here. Kelsey said she would take good care of me and she has. I slept all night last night and I’m looking forward to a regular life ahead of me. I thank her for being kind and taking time to understand me.
This woman was not helpful. She did not seam very caring. Was not happy with her at all, but the worst part is that after her reviewing a second MRI her office called and told me there were no changes since the last MRI. After another doctor reviewing the MRI we learned that there were changes to the MRI and we were not told.
She called in sick 10 minutes prior to my initial consultation. I was so hopeful to see her one week later. But rather, She raised her voice when my husband and I questioned her plan of care. As a nurse, I understand burnout, yet I take my patient’s quality of life as first priority and would never raise my voice to those who are suffering.
