If I could put zero stars I would! Today I went in and was seen by the owner who I do not usually have. The owner, Kelsey Hupp did not check my chart because she simply stated she didn’t have the time and would just like me to answer her questions. I try to answer to the best of my knowledge but told her she could check the charts for accuracy. Kelsey got very snappy and short with me and I simply ask why she was being rude. She took that very offensive and got shaking mad with me and starts hitting her keyboard very hard. H... read more
Kelsey was/is hands down and by far the best, most caring, thorough and thoughtful health care professional I have ever encountered. I moved from the Silverton area and have been unable to find a provider with Kelsey’s expertise that I am comfortable with. I certainly do miss her.
