My wife was a patient at Advanced Pain and Spine. Due to a turnover with the medical doctors, my wife was assigned to Kelsey. The first few appointments went okay, although we looked forward to being back in the hands of an MD. Over time, we were shocked how calloused Kelsey became. Has provided me with excellent care and is cares about her patients
Was so disappointed with this lady. She was in a hurry, not interested in helping a difficult case. Pushing an SCS that has been proven not to help in my case and then wouldn't even respond to my message via the hospital message system that shows you when the provider reads your message, so I know it was received and read. Ghosted by a "medical professional", a new low.
