Went to branch office to deposit checks. Total right on the slip the guy gave me, but that isn't the same amount deposited in my acct. Called member services three times and had to sit on hold for a long time. Told me nothing, not willing to help, and refused number for branch office, so now I have to drive all the way over there and talk to a supervisor Ongoing issues with this bank. HATE THEIR NEW AUTOMATED SKY VOICE - WORTHLESS.
If you are looking for a hometown feel so not bank at Wings Financial Credit Union. I have banked here for some tiMe and their new policies are written to just make you a number in their algorithms. So disappointed and sad that a bank I was proud of is now treating their customers as though they are not trustworthy with a mobile deposit from the United States Treasury.
