My tech was fantastic, however that is where the good things ended. The individual bedrooms don't have any sort of lock to prevent other patients from accidentally wandering into your room which is a HUGE safety concern. In addition to that, all the bedding provided to me smelled so strongly of laundry detergent. I have allergies and scents are a huge migraine trigger for me, and most of my night was spent completely sleepless with an irritated throat and throbbing head. They booked an appointment with me in May to be July 16th, and they did not state anything about a questionnaire and I never received a confirmation email. 3 days before my appt I received an email saying that if I did not complete and send the questionnaire back they would cancel the appt, and promptly did so at 4 pm that day. I had not received ANY communication prior, no email containing a questionnaire between booking the appt in May and today. The staff who actually work with one at night where terrific - knowledgeable etc could not ask for better but one of the people at front desk is RUDE and doesn’t appear to have much knowledge about available equipment so I purchased my machine elsewhere .This happened last year and I don’t remember her name as they don’t give a person enough time to write their name down — that person needs much needed training in how to deal with possible customers esp. Office manager has terrible communication skills as well as control issues and a need to power trip. No way of contacting the actual doctor, no follow up was given. Absolutely absurd behavior for a "doctors office". Wouldn't even see us again. Dont waste your time! Go somewhere where the office staff are not small minded children.
