Nothing but satisfaction and smiles. I've been very impressed with the service Infiniti provides. Whether it's their parts department, service advisors, management (ask for Michael) or anyone in between, they look after you. I couldn't recommend them higher. Keep being awesome!
I had an issue with my brakes and went to see one of the mechanics, I would 1000% suggest seeing Micheal! He was so helpful, he had my car serviced within hours and didn’t make me feel pressured to do any work I was unsure about. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had getting my car serviced!

We just bought a 2025 Nissan Armada Pro4x from Kelowna Nissan. Growing up a GM guy and then my last 4 new trucks being F150s we had never dealt with Nissan before. I went online and chose Mark Samsun to deal with based on some good reviews and we were not disappointed.
