We needed a car quickly after an accident totaled ours. We saw one we liked online at Kelowna Nissan. We went in and saw Jason and made a deal on it that worked for us. He was very friendly and informative. Overall a very good experience. We would definitely recommend purchasing from them if you are looking for a car.
We purchased a 2023 Rogue in Nov 2022. The vehicle has been excellent BUT the Dunlop GRANDTREK PT21 original tires are GARBAGE. Most tires have a long km warranty but not these. We have less than 40000 km and we have to replace them. NOT HAPPY
My husband recently had his car serviced at Kelowna Nissan, and we were really impressed with the whole experience. Anthony in the service department was fantastic, professional, friendly, and great at keeping us updated throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. Scott, the mechanic who worked on the car, did an excellent job, and the car has been running perfectly since. Overall, we left feeling confident and well taken care of
Kelowna Nissan had a car in their used lot I had been following via AutoTrader for more than a year. When I went in person to see the car and potentially buy it, I was met by Jason. He was outstanding, with absolutely no pressure to buy and just honest, up front information about the car, the price, and how far we could move the price.
