The ladies in the office are fantastic; even talking to them only once or twice a year they recognize who I am over the phone, and it's really nice to feel like you aren't talking to anyone who has no idea who you are and leaves you feeling like you're just a number or a name on a paper. Dr. Meckling is personable and pleasant, and all of the nurses I've spoken to have also been attentive, thorough and great to deal with. No complaints other than having a health condition in the first place lol

I was diagnosed with ms a year ago and the ms clinic has been the worst experience I have ever had with the medical industry. I have opted out of taking the medication since there is 0 proof that it will help my disease and a ton of proof showing dangerous side effects that can be lethal. This clinic does not care about you they just want to sell medication and make money. I personally now have to look else where for help (probably the u.s.a) and pay out of my pocket for a disease I did not choose to have.

Ive been a patient for 12 years and can't understand what they are even there for. Every time I leave there wondering how much they get paid for nothing. The internet is way more helpful than they have ever been.

They do not follow up on phone calls or email. I understand that they have a lot of patients but I only have 1 neurologist. I even give a 2 week span before contacting again.
