long wait time for serviving and expensive cost for service. 59.95 for customer tire swap (they were in storage at your shop.) , 159.00 for tire installation (tires are on rims) and of course 89.95 for storage of winter tires. total of 308.00 plus taxes for getting summer tires out of storage, installation and storage of winter tires. NOT IMPRESSED I will inform KIA Canada customer service
The sunroof on my wife's Sorrento would not close. When approaching the service counter, my wife was told nothing can be done and to tape a garbage bag to the top of her car as they are fully booked for the day. A short youtube video showed it as a simple fix taking less than 2 minutes. She performed the fix in the parking lot and was on her way no thanks to the service department here
