Big shout out to Adam who made me feel seen, heard and valued! He is amazing at his job and I couldn’t be happier with my spend at Kelowna Kia service dept. Great communication too! I spent more then I meant too but also saved more than I ought too (thank you thank you Adam) I kept putting off things I needed to be done and Adam very patiently explained all the good (and potential bad) to me. I will keep coming back for the special attention to details and service for my car and for me!!!
Had the EV9 in for a 48000 km service… corrected the scheduled work and also asked about an alignment which proved to be worth performing after the winter tire shuffle to summers.
We really appreciated the approach of the entire team. They were very helpful and did not push us at all. Dawson was awesome to deal with and we would highly recommend the team at KIA Kelowna.
