Went in for some service on my car and the service writer Damien was super useful and taught me a lot about my car and how they keep it maintained and in good condition.

Our sales consultant, Ankit Mehrotra, provided stellar service and was ably supported by Clayton Andres, the sales manager. Ankit's product knowledge was excellent! If he did not know the correct answer to a query, he simply said, " I don't know, but will find out"". No BS! His presentation of the vehicle we were interested in, an ioniq 9, was well planned and executed! Bravo Zulu to you both! I highly recommend Ankit & Clayton at Kelowna Hyundai!!!!
Just found out that this dealership jacked up the price of the new car we bought by the amount they gave us for our trade. Essentially ripping us off for $2500.
