Its almost 3 weeks when i put 1 star review here about my hyundai elantra sound issue. Company replied me that General manager will contact you shortly to solve the problem and to get service better but until now No one contacted me. They contact the customers again and again when you are planning to buy a car. They will offer you discounts, gift cards, gas cards but no offers on problems. May legal stage will help me.
Huge rave to CJ at Kelowna Hyundai for being so friendly and helpful while I hunted for a new car! He asked all the right questions and immediately had this pretty 2024 Tucson in mind, and after first test drive I understood why. Purchased a brand new sante fe a year ago. Lots of little issues, car was dirty upon delivery, missing the 2nd key, completing sale was very time consuming and exhausting. Service is difficult to deal with for warranty and recall issues. Sales and service did not give me a great experience and created a lack of trust. Thankful that we went to hyundai vernon to trade this Sante fe in for a 26 sante fe.
