I’m writing this review after repeated experiences at this hospital that have left me deeply disheartened and disturbed. My brother, who is battling severe illness—including alcoholism and pancreatitis—has been a patient here multiple times. These are some of the sickest, most vulnerable individuals imaginable, and they deserve care that is safe, respectful, and free from judgment. I'm enjoying every where in Kelowna
My time I have spent there with Dr.Carter and Daycare have been great.Also the staff in Ambulatory been great.
I traveled from Kamloops for day surgery with Dr. DeKorompay, and from the moment I arrived at the hospital, I was struck by the cleanliness and the warmth of everyone I encountered. I have hidden veins and, in the past, have rarely had an experience where I wasn’t left with multiple pokes and significant bruising. That was not the case here.
