bad experience with white older female nurses in emergency. condescending. spiky grey haired nurse was the worst. cruel older female white nurses. I will be filing a complaint.
They forgot me. 3 staff members were chatting about their weekend plans around the desk while I had a seizure in the wheelchair they brought in with. Didn’t even notice until other patients stepped in to keep me from falling and got their attention, to which they had no idea who I was or why I was there despite being there for 3+ hours and being brought to and from the waiting room by staff. Nothing like hearing “who is this” while fighting for your life 👍
I would have liked to put 5 stars as per usual for the AWESOME care i recieved while over night for 4 nights...i not dissin the care i recieved ....because that was Top notch!!! I was scared because i was pretty sick...the only downfall ....and not their fault was no room...i was in a hallway...along with everyone else thatbm didnt fit in a room but my hallway ...in emergency...was very loud and bright ...all night long ...again ...a necesissity
Best hospital I ever been to I don’t know names but I wanna thank the cardiologist and the doctor in emergency came in with weird symptoms dizziness blacking out chest pain and poor blood circulation on vacation within 2-3 hours they were able to find out I had a congenital heart disease and sent me back to Alberta within 2 days where they kept a eye on me then I had surgery
I recently used the services of this hospital’s emergency department and it was in my case a very positive experience. The staff was pleasant, professional and caring. It was a very pleasant surprise because of all the negative feedbacks that we all hear about. We are brand new to this region and I am so pleased to have access to this facility. I have the highest of praise for all the staff that work at this hospital.
