Parking is impossible, as there is almost no parking. And I mean almost nothing. Found a spot, at near the back, only to find later that it was a staff spot. But no signage for staff, and the tiny amount of staff parking is hidden in the public paid parking. Why mix public and staff into one tiny area, with no signs. Staff at front counter can't find people who are staying, because they can't hear/listen and can't spell. My fathers heart appointment, he was told by mulitple people, would be about 2-3 hours totsl. I had a cochlear implant done on November 17 at. KGH. I cannot say enough good/nice things about this hospital. From the initial signing in to the waiting for surgery, each and every encounter with nurses and staff was amazing. I was treated with care, compassion and respect. The two nurses that went above and beyond were Brittney and Andrew, [surgical ward], who really eased my anxiety and nerves, made sure I was comfortable, took the time to explain procedures and happenings. It was truly appreciated. Many, many thanks

In 2019 I had a slip and fall.they prayed my shoulder and somehow missed my collar bone being broken in two places.i just found out.vjh Is much better!
