So disorganized, irresponsible and absolutely unacceptable. Called at exactly 9:30am (opening time) on the dot and was on hold for over 3 hours before they hung up on me. How do you expect people to be responsible and get tested, if you literally don’t test them.
I was there and they are so pleasant and professional And wow fast!
Just took my 3 y/o in tonight for a split chin. Called ahead so they were able to give me an appt time. The staff at the front were very kind and so good with her, she was scared on the way but very much at ease when we got there. Dr Lynne was wonderful. I am so grateful for the service we received. Thank you
