Dr Kelly moved away from California, but he was gracious to offer help remotely when no doctors could diagnose what is wrong with our pup. We had taken him to emergency and took X-rays only to rule out all issues and sent us home with pain meds. On the first remote visit, Dr. Kelly immediately diagnosed this as a lower cervical stress, sent us educational resources, helped us decompress the spine on video call and suggested red light therapy.
