Too busy to have good service. Dropped tire off with rim, explained the symptoms and what needed to happen, apparently they ignored me. Couple days later, called ahead to verify the tire was complete, they said it was done. Showed up and surprise, it’s flat. Reexplained the bead had an issue and was told they’d get to it. So I came back later and so far it works. Are they capable? Yes, well, so far the tire isn’t flat. Did they waste my time and ignore me, also yes. I was at Madison county high school, I called @ 2:46pm they told me a hour before maybe a hour and a half before arrival, @ 3:22pm they showed up, and I was on the road in less than 15 min with the blown tire on my inside dual, I left and was on the road in less than a hour from my call. I have never had customer service better than that in any form of customer service, much less roadside semi truck tire repair. Mind you he had a 22 min drive with no traffic. They knocked it out of the park.
